Ekiti Welcomes New Resident Electoral Commission

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Ekiti State has welcomed a new Resident Electoral Commissioner, Professor Ayobami Salami.

Prof. Salami, an erudite scholar was until his appointment, the pioneer Vice-Chancellor of Nigeria’s premier technical university, First Technical University, Ibadan, Oyo State.

He has since assumed duty as his predecessor, Dr Adeniran Tella handed over to him and he was conducted round the office by the Administrative Secretary, INEC Ekiti State, Mrs Feyi Saseyi.
