‘Embarrasing,’ Nigerains React As Osun Women Dorn Matching Outfit, Celebrate Road Grading (Video)

Social media critics have condemned the recent incident in Osun State where a group of women wore matching outfits and danced at a road grading site, labeling it “ignominious”.

In a video presently trending on X, a group of women waere seen, dancing and singing the praises of Governor Ademola Adeleke for grading their community road – the citizens right and responsibility of a responsive government.

Many have taken to social media platforms to express their disappointment describing the the act as a show of shame in 21st century when other states in the country are moving at higher pace in term of development and infrastructural projects.

Critics argue that this incident is a clear example of misplaced priorities, with the state facing more pressing issues. They question the appropriateness of the machine being used for grading, with some labeling it a “joke”.
