The #EndBadGovernance Protesters in Osun State have demanded an audience of the state Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
The protesters, who made the demand during the third day of the ongoing nationwide hunger protest on Saturday in Osogbo, said the governor should come forward to address them.
Speaking with Osun Defender, the Chairman, National Youth Council Of Nigeria, Osun State Chapter, Adetunji Ajala, said some of the demands of the protesters have to do with the state, hence, the need for Adeleke to address them.
He said, “We are expecting the Osun State Governor at our barricade. We are calling him to come out. If he is truly the Governor of the people, he should come out to talk to us.
“Some of our demands also have to do with the state, so our people will be happy to see him.
“We are not retreating nor surrounding until our cries are heard.”
