Osun Defender reports that President Bola Tinubu on Sunday morning, appealed to the protesters to stop the demonstrations and come forward for dialogue.
The protesters expressed dissatisfaction with President Bola Tinubu’s national address on Sunday and “consider it rather unfortunate” that it took Tinubu three days of protest to address the country.
One of protesters who was half-dressed was chanting in Yoruba, “We are angry, we are hungry.”
