EndBadGovernance Protest: Nigerian Govt To Arraign 66 Minor – Adeyanju
Activist lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has said the Nigerian government plans to arraign 76 protesters, out of which 66 are minors, on November 1, 2024.
Osun Defenfer reports that the arraignment of more #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protesters, by the federal government is happening 80 days after the incident. This means the protesters including minors have been illegally detained for more than two months.

Adeyanju said the protesters would be arraigned before Hon. Justice Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
He disclosed this in a brief statement on Friday.
According to Adeyanju: “After detaining End Bad Governance protesters for almost 80 days, the clueless Tinubu government is set to arraign more protesters, who are largely minors, as can be seen on the charge herein annexed, on November 1st in Abuja.
“The 66 protesters, mainly minors, are to be arraigned on the 1st of November, 2024 before Hon. Justice Egwuatu, Court 10, 4th floor, Federal High Court, Abuja Division.”
Nigerians had filed out from August 1 to 10, 2024, to protest against bad governance in the country.
