In a recent interview, David claims that Abbo, with whom she allegedly made 32 sex tapes, is responsible for leaking a clip that has circulated on the internet.

She accused the former lawmaker of being the only person with access to the particular video in question.

Abbo has denied the allegations and, through his lawyer, Odiyowvi Osusu, issued a 72-hour ultimatum letter to David to retract her statements and offer a public apology.

The ultimatum includes airing the apology on national television and publishing it in three national newspapers. Failure to comply, Abbo’s legal team warned, will result in a defamation lawsuit.

According to the letter, “Our Client has been made aware of a series of videos published on social media and online media platforms to deliberately and maliciously malign his person,” Osusu said.
