FEDPOFFA Announces Dates For Post UTME Screening

The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara state has announced the date for its screening exercise for those that chose the institution in the 2018 UTME.

According to the statement signed by the institution’s Registrar, Alh Abdulhamid O. Raji, for candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the 2018 JAMB UTME, the screening will hold from Monday 13th to Friday 17th August, 2018, in the Polytechnic Main Campus, Offa-Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.

It further disclosed that all Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2018 JAMB UTME and who made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First Choice Institution are expected to participate in the screening exercise and all applicants for screening are to visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng, and make payment of N2, 000 with an ATM card that is inter-switch compatible between Monday 23rd July and Thursday 16th August, 2018.

The institution required information, including O’level result(s), upload scanned copies of result(s)/certificate(s), state of origin and birth certificate and print out screening summary report. Candidates are required to come with Original and photocopy(s) of their SSCE results to the screening venue.

It further explained that any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission in the Polytechnic, and any false submission during the online registration for screening will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidate at any time such information is discovered.

The press release further  announced to all candidates who applied for HND admission into The Federal Polytechnic, Offa that there will be screening exercise for all applicants in the Polytechnic Main Campus as scheduled from 3rd till 7th September 2018 for various faculty.

Venues stipulated for each faculty are: (1) 3rd – 7th September, 2018 Applied Science and Technology 1000 Lecture Theatre, (2) 3rd – 7th September, 2018 Business and Management Studies Lib. & Information Department, (3) 3rd – 7th September, 2018 Communication and Information Technology In their Departments, (4) 3rd – 7th September, 2018 Engineering Technology ND LR By NDIC Building and (5) 3rd – 7th September, 2018 Environmental Studies URP Building.

Candidates are expected to submit Security form to the office of the Head of Security Unit before the screening date. Screening interview commence by 9.00am each day.
