FIFA Rankings: Super Eagles Soar Into Top 30
The Super Eagles of Ñigeria have moved up in the latest FIFA rankings released today.
Despite not kicking a ball since November 2019, the Eagles climbed up in the rankings after Turkey and Serbia who formerly joint 29th drew and lost matches.
The drop in points for both European countries meant they both lost points in the ranking which in turn favour Nigeria who remain static in points.
This is the first time since 2013 that the Super Eagles will be ranked in the top 30.
The Super Eagles however will be playing friendlies against Ivory Coast and Tunisia in the October international window break.
