The final batch of Osun State University Students sent to Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkov, Ukraine by Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s administration in the State of Osun to complete their medical studies have graduated.
The last batch comprising 31 students were said to have passed the 2018 Ukraine National Medical Final Exams (KROK 2) when the results was released recently.
Reports have it that Miss Mustapha Lateefat Kemi , an indigene of Okuku emerged the overall best in Karazin Kharkiv National University this year while another lady Adebayo Rukayat Abiodun an indigene of Ede emerged the 2nd overall best in the university.
It would be recalled that last year, 50 UNIOSUN Medical students who wrote the 2017 Ukraine National Medical Final Exams came out with outstanding results where one of them, Miss Latifat Abiola Oyeleye was declared the over best medical student of the University as well as the 2017 overall best student in Ukraine with an outstanding score of 95.6% in KROK 2 Exam.
The UNIOSUN students were sent to Ukraine by the State Government of Osun under the leadership of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola administration to complete their medical studies as a result of non-availability of teaching hospital for their clinical studies.
