FLASH: Omo-Agege Reacts To Delta Tribunal Judgement

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has vowed to challenge the verdict of the Delta state governorship election tribunal delivered on Friday, September 29, 2023.

Recall that dismissed the petition challenging the election victory of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

The tribunal judges in its verdict declared Oborevwori as the duly elected governor of the state following his victory in the March 18, 2023 governorship election.

Reacting immediately to the tribunal’s verdict, Senator Omo-Agege directed his legal team to proceed with an appeal against today’s judgment of the governorship election tribunal that upheld the election of Sheriff Oborevwori as governor of Delta State.
