Fire has razed the Poplat Filling Station located at Lagere area in Ile Ife, Osun State.
It was gathered that the petrol station caught fire around 5 pm on Tuesday causing panic among the residents.
Efforts to quench the fire are currently ongoing, with local youths in the town assisting firefighters to extinguish the raging inferno.
It was learnt that some houses close to the station have already been affected, intensifying the anxiety among the residents.
