Flying Eagles Star, Daga Moves To Enyimba On Loan

Flying Eagles midfielder, Daniel Daga has joined Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Enyimba on a season-long loan deal.

Daga completed the move from Nigeria National League side, FC One Rocket.

The 16-year-old was one of Nigeria’s top performers at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.

The talented youngster has been courted by a number of clubs around Europe but he cannot join a foreign club until he is 18.

Daga spent last season on loan at Dakkada FC but barely featured for the club due to injury and international commitments.

Enyimba will participate in the inaugural African Football League next month.

The Aba giants will face Morocco’s Wydad Athletic Club in the quarter-finals.
