G.O.Lawal’s Death, A Big Loss To Progressive Family – Aregbesola

The Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has described death as the inevitable end of every human being which all mortals must succumb to.
Ogbeni Aregbesola made the remark in Ikirun when he paid a condolence visit to the family of foremost progressives politician, Pa Gbadamosi Okunlola Lawal who passed on last Tuesday.
Aregbesola, the immediate past Governor of the state of Osun remarked that the death of Pa Lawal was a big blow to the Progressives political family as much as it is painful to the family.
He noted that the grassroots touch of Pa Lawal in which his promise of electoral success remained valid will be greatly missed saying he is irreplaceable.
Noting that he was close to Pa Lawal for his electoral success prowess and was always wishing he lives longer despite his advanced age.
Ogbeni Aregbesola added that whatever politician that denounced Pa Lawal on electoral matter would have himself to blame for it.
The minister who remarked “Baba was a genuine progressive politician” in the condolence register prayed for the repose of Pa Lawal’s soul and wishes him Aljanat fridaous.
He assured the family, biological and political of his support for everything that the deceased stood for while alive as he urged them to improve on the legacy he left behind.
Speaking on behalf of the family, one of the younger brother of the deceased, O.A.Lawal, PhD, the famous author of Economics and Government textbooks thanked Aregbesola for standing by Baba Lawal while alive and for his support to the family since his passing saying God will reward him abundantly.
