The Gambian First Lady, Fatoumatta Bah Barrow, has marked her birthday in Abuja.
She was in Nigeria on a formal visit to some Gambian pupils and she chose to mark the day with a visit to a hospital in Abuja, with Nigerian First Lady Aisha Buhari assisting.
Mrs. Buhari posted the information on her Instagram page:
She wrote: “Today I celebrate the birthday of my sister, Her Excellency Madame Fatoumatta Bah Barrow, First Lady of The Gambia, who came to Nigeria to visit five Gambian students at the Rochas Foundation College, Owerri.
“Her visit coincided with her birthday, and she chose to mark the day with a visit to Maitama District Hospital where she presented gifts to children and neonatal patients.
“I am happy to be with her on this occasion.
