Gidi Festival to Return With Mind-blowing Events For This Year

The 4th edition of the annual Lagos cultural festival plans to spice up the event this year with extra entertainment plans, With an impressive line-up of both local and international artistes and DJs gearing up to stun fun lovers with mind blowing entertainment, the 4th edition of the annual Gidi Culture Festival, aka ‘Gidifest 2017’, organized by Eclipse Live Africa is back.

The festival which is slated to hold on the 15th of April, 2017, at the Eko Atlantic City, was conceived in 2014 with the desire to provide the youth of Africa with live and affordable entertainment. According to the organizers, Gidifest represents the progression of urban youth culture on the continent, born in Lagos as the melting point of Africa for music and culture with a global outlook. Developed with the youth in mind, Gidifest 2017 aims at giving Africans a dynamic and serene environment in which to be entertained. For the forthcoming festival, the organizers, Eclipse Live Africa, have promised fun lovers a memorable experience as they have put together a wide range of activities to make it an epoch making event. With DJs Neptune and Obi on the turn-tables, supported by Folu Storms and Jimmie as hosts, it promises to be an unforgettable experience with Davido, Burna boy, Seyi Shay, Reekado Banks, Simi, Niniola, Sauti Sol, and Vanessa Mdee.
