‘Give Me A Feature, Not Just Money’ – Portable Tells Burna Boy
Controversial singer Portable has expressed reaction after Burna Boy gifted him N20 million following his victory in a celebrity boxing match against Speed Darlington.
Despite Burna Boy’s generous gesture, Portable pointed out that they had no prior communication.
He revealed that he had tried reaching out to Burna Boy on Instagram without success, as the Afrobeats star had never responded to his messages or followed him back.
While acknowledging the N20 million as a substantial gift, Portable joked that it wouldn’t last him long. Instead of merely accepting the cash, he suggested a music collaboration as a fair exchange for Burna Boy’s kindness.
He said, “Person wey give me 20 million never reply me for Instagram before, I Dey call am, he no pick, e no follow me, I no get em number and yet he gave me money. Why he dey stingy with his replies? He should give me a feature cos I can spend 20 million finish in a day.”
