Gov Adeleke Approves Appointment Of New Monarch

Osun Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has given has approved the appointment of Prince Adeagbo Morufu Atanda to take over as the next Olórgo of Orgo in the Osun local government of Egbedore.

This was contained in a release signed by Bashir Oladipupo on behalf of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

According to Bashir, the appointment is effective immediately, and the new Olorigo of Origo would be entitled to benefits, salary, and other privileges.

He affirmed that the appointment of the new monarch was in accordance with section 20, sub-section (1) of the Chief’s Law (Cap.25) laws of Osun, 2002.
