Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde has received Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the people’s democratic party in Ibadan, the State capital.
The deputy governor of Oyo state, Barrister Adebayo Abdul-raheem Lawal had earlier received Atiku at Alakia Airport, in Ibadan.
He was also received by Ifeanyi Okowa, the party’s vice presidential candidate, Osun Governor-elect, Senator Demola Adeleke (Imole-De), Osun Deputy-elect, Kola Ogunwusi, Chief Raymond Dokpesi, Alhaji Azeem Gbolarunmi, Dr. Lere Oyewumi, and Liyel Imoke.
Representatives from Ekiti state, Ondo State, including Arabambi, a PDP candidate for the House of Representatives from Osun, were also among the prominent stakeholders of the party also present.
The presidential aspirant was in company of Aminu Tambuwal, Dino Melaye, Aliyu Babangida, and host of others.
