A Pressure Group, Osun Good Governance Alliance (OGGA) has thrown its weight behind Osun West Senatorial Candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), Prince Dotun Babayemi.
In a Press Statement signed by the Coordinator of the group, Mrs Taiwo Akande in Osogbo, OGGA maintained that Prince Babayemi stands tall as the best candidate contesting for an elective post in Osun in 2019 because his antecedent in the public space is glaringly overwhelming.
The group enjoined its members in all the 10 local governments to troupe out en masse for the victory of ADP candidate, Prince Babayemi in West Senatorial District of the state.
The release called on politicians, traditional rulers, religious leaders and the entire electorates to support the people-orientated agenda of Prince Babayemi, to make him victorious in the forthcoming February 16 Senatorial election in Osun West.
The group also called on other contenders to rally round the ADP candidate to better the lives of the area.
According to the release, “it is crystal clear that Prince Babayemi is the best man for the job in Osun West, his antecedent, competence and enormous sacrifices for the people speak volumes
He has employed his wealth of experience, goodwill and resources to contribute immensely towards the welfare of the masses and overall development of Osun West”.
“We have weighed all the contestants in the Senatorial District very well, and have found out that Prince Babayemi is the best among them all”.
The release maintained that the ADP candidate has in the past, left the indelible footprints on the sand of time in the areas of health, education, economy, religion, peace and unity among all the people of the zone.
“Apart from that, he is the only candidate that has lofty goals for the people with the wherewithal to make the dreams a reality, if elected Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria representing Osun West Senatorial District in the upper chamber of the National Assembly.
