Guzman To Replace Injured Romero
Jorge Sampaoli the chief coach of Argentina has invited Tigres UANL goalkeeper, Nahuel Guzman to his team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia according to a tweet from the official handle of the Argentine FA.
The 32-year-old Guzman who has won six caps for Argentina will be in between the sticks in replacement of Sergio Romero who has been ruled out due to knee injury.
Chelsea’s Willy Caballero and River Plate’s Franco Armani are the other goal keepers in the squad for Jorge Sampaoli’s squad.
Meanwhile, Lionel Messi has arrived the Argentina pre-World Cup training camp in Buenos Aires.
