Hair Stylist, 23, Hacks Retired Banker To Death In Osun

A 23-year-old hair stylist, Olatunji Julius,  has been arrested for allegedly killing a 76-year-old retired banker, Ojo Isaac Durojaiye.
While parading the suspect, the State of Osun Police Commissioner, Fimihan Adeoye said Julius committed the crime at Imesi-ile in Obokun local government area of the State.
Adeoye said the suspect who was living opposite the residence of the deceased at Imesi-ile, sneaked into his house and stole 25 litres of Palm oil worth N3000  and recharge cards worth N3000.
The Commissioner said Julius decided to kill the retired banker when the latter saw his face. Adeoye added that the suspect had been on the run since then before he was eventually arrested on the 5th of September in Ekiti State.
“The suspect has made useful statement and confessed to the crime during interrogation, he will be charge to court at the conclusion of investigation,”Adeoye added.
