The National Association of Science Students, (NASS) has presented the National Outstanding Leadership Award as Icon of Hope to the Director-General of Oranmiyan World-Wide, Hon. Sadiq Olajide Moruf.
NASS presented the award to the Oranmiyan DG on Wednesday at the Oranmiyan World headquarters, Osogbo, the State of Osun.
The NASS team was led by the National Senate President, Comrade Oloyede Zacchaeus who glowingly described the DG.
According to the Senate President, ” The Director-General of Oranmiyan World-Wide is a rare and exceptional specie that has an outstanding capacity, he is progressively minded, as well as a visionary and charismatic person”.
He further described the DG as an accomplished and tactical administrator with great acumen for mobilization.
Honorable Olajide thanked the student’s leaders for finding him worthy to be so honoured and promised not to disappoint them by upholding the attributes that qualified him for the award in the first place.
He also assured them that his doors will always remain open to attend to youths and students whenever called upon.
The DG also used the opportunity to appreciate the former Governor of the State of Osun and Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, for allowing him to showcase his capacity as confirmed by the NASS team.
