How We Abducted Boy With Toy Gun, Killed Him After Collecting N152k Ransom – Suspects
Two young men, Husseini Suleiman, 21, and Muktar Mohammed, 20, have explained how they kidnapped and killed a six-year-old boy.
The suspects who hail from Bashin village in Yoro LGA of Taraba State, committed the crime in Ganye LGA, a major town south of the Adamawa State capital.
They were arrested by the Adamawa State Police Command.
They told the police how they abducted the boy using what looked like a gun, collected N152,000 from the father, and went ahead to kill the boy.

According to the police, the suspects said they had made some wood into a toy gun and frightened the household into letting them go with the boy, Ebuka Godwin.
After taking the boy, they demanded ransom money from the father.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje confirmed to newsmen that the suspects who were pursuing their Islamic education at Sheikh Dahiru Ganye School in Ganye, called Ebuka’s father after taking Ebuka away and demanded N10 million as ransom, as well as N152 000 which they said they needed to feed the abducted boy.
The suspects, according to Nguroje, told the police that after collecting the money for food, they strangulated their victim and buried him in a grave, left and bought new phones with part of the money they had at hand.
