“I Promise Her A Lifetime Assurance” – Davido Tells Chioma’s Parents As He Prostrates, Begs For Her Hand In Marriage

A music superstar, Davido has assured the parents of his longtime partner, Chioma Rowland that he will protect and respect their daughter always.

The singer made the pledge to Chioma’s parents while pleading for her hand in marriage at their wedding held in Lagos today June 25.

In a viral video, Davido who was spotted prostrating to Chioma’s parents and begging for her hand in marriage said, ‘’I promise her a lifetime assurance. Your daughter will be protected, respected, and connected.”

Osun Defender reports that today is the traditional wedding ceremony of Davido and Chioma, his long-time lover.

Former Nigeria President Olusegun Obasanjo and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi are among dignitaries that have arrived at the wedding venue.

The wedding, dubbed “CHIVIDO2024,” is currently trending and has drawn celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries from across the country and beyond.

Also present at the ceremony is the Oni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, The monarch, who appeared in white attire and his beaded crown, was seen greeting the dignitaries at the wedding venue.
