The Executive Secretary, Ife East Local Government Honourable Olubusola Adeyeni has commissioned a New 33 Kwt Transformer in Oke-Atan Community in Ile-Ife, just as he has laid foundation for the first phase of Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Shopping Complex.
The council boss while performing the two-in-one ceremonies reiterated the commitment and desire of his administration to leave a lasting legacy in the Local Government.
While noting that shopping complex would boost the Internally Generated revenue of the Local Government when completed, he said the supply of the transformer was part of the administration electrification projects.
The council boss then commended the staffers of the council for their supports towards the successes recorded by his administration so far.
The Lowa Adimula of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Adekola (JP) commended the caretaker management team for giving the development of Ife East a priority in their mind.
Former Deputy Governor of the state, Chief Sooko Adewoyin who was also part of the programme commended the efforts of the council management team towards bringing development to the council area.
