Ikirun Kingship Race Becomes More Competitive As Aderemi Declares Intention

In the early hours of today, Prince, Alhaji Rasaq Aderemi Adebisi made his intention known at Chief Eesa’s Compound to be the next monarch of Ikirun.

Prince Aderemi, a seasoned technocrat, Community leader and thorough bred lkirun indigene holds a Master degree in History.

He passed out from Akinorun Grammar School in 1979, also attended popular defunct Oyo State College of Arts & Science OSCAS between 1981 and 1983 before proceeding to the Premier University, U.I to study History.

He was at the National Directorate of Employment NDE, for over 30 years and retired as a deputy director.

Aderemi is also an author and Social Commentator.

Apart from his popularity among his peers, Prince Aderemi is a cosmopolitan person as he blends admirably with all people, regardless of their ages, religion and culture.

A devout Muslim, the aspirant from Olusosun an extraction of Oba ara ruling house is Geographically well travelled across the Globe, an asset that will add more glamour to his seat.

Speaking with journalists shortly after he declared his intention at the Eesa’s palace, Prince Aderemi promised to use his wealth of experience and network to bring foreign investors to the ancient town.
