Following the recent clash in Ile-Ife between Yorubas and Hausas in the State of Osun, the former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso has intensified efforts to ensure that a peaceful resolution is reached between both parties in the state.
Immediately after the clash, Kwankwaso condemned the killing in Ile-Ife and scheduled a visit to the State of Osun for the 13th of March 2017 to meet with the Governor and Oni of Ile-Ife Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja II) to discuss Peace and Justice.
Yesterday, he arrived the State of Osun and had a meeting with the governor of the state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
