Independence Day: Buhari Sparks Reactions Over Interview With Media Outlets

Former Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has sparked mixed reactions on social media over a recent interview with media outlets.

OSUN DEFENDER  reports that former presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, took to his X handle to share a photo of Buhari during an interview on the 63rd Nigeria Independence anniversary.

Sharing the photo, Bashir wrote: “His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, granted an exclusive interview to the NTA, FRCN, DW, and other media outlets on the eve of Nigeria’s 63rd Independence anniversary.”

Reacting some Nigerians claimed they missed the ex-president while others said, he was granting interviews when he barely did so, during his tenure as president.
