Jay-Z’s Mom Opens Up On Her Son’s Reaction After She Admitted To Being A Lesbian

Jay-Z’s  latest album 4;44 was one album that gave so much information about the Rap Legend’s life and family more than he would normally talk about. The rapper and husband to Beyonce not only talked about his marriage, he spoke about his beef with Kanye and so much more with the hottest being that his mother Gloria Carter  is a lesbian.

Until recently Gloria has not said anything about her sexuality since the song came was released. However she made a statement recounting how Jay-Z took the news when he first found out.

During her chat with D’USSE she said;

“Me and my son, we share a lot of information. I was sitting there and I was telling him one day, I just finally started telling him who I was. ‘Besides your mother, this is the person that I am, you know? This is the life that I live.’ He actually started tearing, because he was like, ‘That had to be a horrible life, Ma’. And I was like, ‘My life was never horrible, it was just different’. So that made him want to do a song about it.”
