Katy Perry Sends Taylor Swift Apology Note
After 6 years of been enemies Former best friends, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry have finally made up.
Katy, 33, was the one who made the first move by sending Taylor an olive branch and an apology letter. Swift, 28, shared a video in her Instagram Stories, showing the package she received from Katy.
Sharing the video, Swift wrote, “Thank you Katy”.
As Taylor Swift films the gift, she can be heard saying: “I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch. This means so much to me.”
Most of the letter is hidden, but the few words that are visible reads, “Hey Old Friend. I’ve been doing some reflecting on past miscommunications and hurt feelings between us.”
She also wrote that she was “deeply sorry” and wanted to “clear the air” in the letter, which was in an envelope sealed with a dog sticker.
Taylor and Katy fell out in 2012 after Taylor claimed Katy stole three of her backing dancers from her Red tour.
