Kenyan Lovers Charged For Screaming During Lovemaking

A 24-year-old businessman, Chacha Mwita and Cynthia Mauhokha, 31, a casual labourer were charged in a Meru court, Kenya, for screaming while having sex, inconveniencing members of the public.

The lovers pleaded guilty to the two counts facing them before resident magistrate Maureen Odhiambo.

According to Adomonline, Mwita and his lover were charged with having sexual intercourse at Palms Guest House while screaming thereby causing inconvenience to the public.

The two said it was true but after state prosecutor Adams Chelule read details pertaining to the charges, their explanation made the court to enter a plea of not guilty.

The police had visited the lodge where the two were heard screaming in one of the rooms. They proceeded to the room and found Chacha and Cynthia in the act screaming.

The court ordered that they get their freedom after depositing a cash bail of Sh20, 000 or a bond of Sh50, 0000.

The case will be mentioned on April 29 and heard on May 15, 2019.
