Benue State Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Mathew Abo, who was abducted at his residence in Zaki-Biam on Sunday has regained freedom.

A source said the Commissioner was said to have been released in the early hours of Thursday and already reunited with his family.
The source, who did not state whether the N50 million ransom demanded by his abductors was paid or not, said the Commissioner returned in good health
