Killers Of Nigerian-Born Model Stabbed To Death In London Nabbed

Nigerian Born Model, Harry Uzoka was stabbed to death in west London on the 11th of January, and barely a week after his killers have been arrested.

Twenty-four-year-old fellow model George Koh and his friend, Jonathan Okigbo, were arrested this weekend and charged on Tuesday. Koh was also charged with possessing an offensive weapon.

A 27-year-old man who was arrested on the day of the stabbing has been released after investigation.

 Uzoka, 25, was an up-and-coming star in the fashion world. He was represented by Premier Model Management, which helped develop the careers of stars including Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer. He modelled for Dior, Everlane, and Mercedes, among others.

One industry source who worked with Uzoka told The Guardian, said he was a “wonderful model but, even more so, a good person and a pleasure to work with.”

Shortly after his death, model Jourdan Dunn tweeted: “Rest in Paradise Young King.”
