Knocks As Ododo Allegedly Accompanies Yahaya Bello To EFCC Office

Nigerians have reacted to a picture of the Governor of Kogi State, Usman Ododo arriving the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission with his predecessor, on Wednesday.

Osun Defender reports that Bello who had been declared wanted by the EFCC for alleged fraud announced that he would honour the anti graft agency call today.

Reacting to the picture on X formerly Twitter, a user with the name JOSHUA @JJExclusive1, wrote, “Naa the current governor Dey do PA for him… this country self”.

Another user,
Okanlawon Adeyemi, @MainTwhy, in his own submission, said, “I’m sure Yahaya Bello still dey signatory to kogi’s treasury”.

“After several months and the incumbent governor follow the man to EFCC that shows lack of transparency and integrity”, an X user, Powerful CELEB @SanyaoluS, wrote.

Toxyberry.eth @Toxyberry1, wrote “So sitting Governor abandons his own job just to escort past governor who’s been probed by EFCC over mismanagement of funds ? This country is full of comedy.”

Meanwhile, the EFCC is yet to release a statement on Bello’s visit to its office.
