Rabiu Kwankwaso, the immediate past Governor of Kano State has lost younger brother, Musa Kwankwaso to the cold hand of death.
The younger Kwankwaso died on Monday at the age of 64, at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital after a protracted illness.
Musa Kwankwaso, during his lifetime worked with the Afforestation Project in Kano. This is detailed in a statement by Sanusi Bature, a Kwankwasiyya spokesman.
The deceased left behind wife, two daughters, Nafisa Inuwa and Zainab Inuwa, and relatives.
He has been buried according to Islamic rites in Kwankwaso village, Madobi Local Government on Monday afternoon.
