LG Crisis: Asiri Eniba, Others Fought Our Battle In Oyetola’s LG – APC Member Confesses (Video)
A viral video has shown a member of the All Progressives Congress in Osun appreciating a former Chieftain of the National Union of Road Transport Workers in the state, Kazeem Oyewale, popularly called Asiri Eniba, for helping the party during last week’s Monday political clash.
In the video posted by a Facebook user, Fabunmi Sunday, the APC member acknowledged that Asiri Eniba and some people fought the battle at Boripe Local Government, Iragbiji, the hometown of the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Gboyega Oyetola, on that day.
The APC member in the video, who was addressing other members of the party, said, “I will repeat what I said in Iragbiji, and I want to appreciate Asiri Eniba and those who helped us to fight the battle that day.”

OSUN DEFENDER reports that two people lost their lives in the local government when supporters of the APC and PDP fought over the control of the local government, with scores injured.
After the incident, the Peoples Democrati
c Party alleged a former Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matter, Prince Adebayo Adeleke of leading Asiri Eniba and other thugs to the local government to cause mayhem.
Prince Adeleke however, debunked the allegation, noting that he was nowhere near the secretariat that day.
Meanwhile, netizens who reacted to the video have called on the Osun State Police Command to investigate the matter.
The netizens said Asiri Eniba should be arrested for questioning on why he was in Boripe Local Government on that day.
