An Osogbo Magistrate court, in Osun State has remanded a 30-year-old Kehinde Kazeem in prison custody over alleged stealing of motorcycle.
The prosecutor, Inspector Olayiwola Rasaq told the court that the accused person committed the offence in the month of April, 2017 at Oke-Ola area Osogbo, Osun State.
He stated that the accused stole one Bajaj Boxer motorcycle with registration number EJG 476 QB, Engine number DUZWDC56908 and Chasis number MDZA18AZ4DWL67493, valued N120,000 property of one Mr. Adeoye Kabiru put in care of one Mr. Isiaka Adeleke.
According to the prosecutor, the offence is contrary to and punishable under Section 390 (9) of criminal code cap 34 Vol. II Laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2003.
Kazeem who have no legal representation pleaded guilty to the one-count charge preferred against him.
The magistrate A.O Ajanaku ordered the remand of the accused person in police custody.
The case was then adjourned to May 31.
