Man Charged For Stealing Bajaj Motorcycle

A 34-year-old man, Adesina Sunday has been arraigned before an Osogbo magistrate court for alleged stealing of BAJAJ Boxers Motorcycle.

According to the charge sheet, the accused person stole a BAJAJ boxers motorcycle with registration number SGB 571 UH, valued N383,000 property of one Oladipupo Ayobami.

It stated that the accused person committed the offence on 31st January, 2019 at Ogo-Oluwa Area, Osogbo.

The charge sheet revealed that the offence committed is contrary to Section 383 and punishable under section 390[9] of criminal code cap 34 Vol II law of Osun state of Nigeria 2003.

The accused person pleaded not guilty to the charge against him

The defence counsel, Okobe Najite, prayed the court  to grant the accused person bail in the most liberal terms.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs O.A Oloyade granted the accused person bail in the sum of N500,000.00 with two sureties, the sureties must provide evidence of three years tax clearance certificate.

She then adjourned the matter till March 11, 2019 for hearing.
