Man Docked For Fraud

For allegedly committing fraud, Junior Shittu 22, has been arraigned before an Osogbo magistrate court

According to the charge sheet, the accused person is facing two count charges bothering on stealing

The charge sheet disclosed that the accused person committed an offence contrary and punishable under section 419 of the state criminal law 2003.

The charge sheet read in court disclosed that the accused person stole N100,000 property of one Oyedokun Damilare  contrary to section 383 and punishable under section 390 of the code cap 34 voll. II laws of Osun State Nigeria, 2003.

The charge sheet submitted that the accused committed the offence on December 21, 2018 at Odi-Olowo area, Osogbo the state capital.

The suspect however pleaded not guilty to the two count charges preferred against him.

The defence counsel urged the court to admit the suspect to bail in the most liberal term.

Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A O Ajanaku admitted the suspect to bail in the sum of N50,000 and one surety in the same sum.

He adjourned the case to February 14, 2019 for hearing.
