A magistrate court sitting in Osogbo has remanded a 24-year-old man, Abayomi Sunday and Ajilore Sunday, 20, in prison custody over stealing.
The accused person was also alleged of ‘willfully and maliciously’ damage burglary proof and window net all totaling N100,000 property of one Adegboye Elijah and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 451 of the criminal code cap 34 Vol. II Laws of Osun State Nigeria 2002.
However, the accused person pleaded not guilty to the four count charges preferred against them.
Presiding magistrate Oloyade O.A adjourned the case to March 11, 2018 for further hearing and ordered that the accused person should be remanded in Ilesha prison.
