Manchester United have agreed a €50m (£42.29m) fee to sign Paris St-Germain midfielder, Manuel Ugarte.
This deal also includes a potential for 10m euros (£8.46m) in additional payments for the Uruguayan.
Ugarte is expected to travelled to England for medical.
He has been Manchester United number one target for the Defensive Midfield position.
Meanwhile, Scott McTominay, is also set to depart Manchester United for Italian club Napoli.
Sources have reported that Erik Ten Hag has accepted the sale of the Scottish, as he does not guarantee him a spot in the midfield.
The Uruguayan joined PSG last year and went on to make 37 appearances, winning one French Ligue 1 title within that stint.
