Many persons have been killed over bandits attack at Kachia town in Kachia local government area of Kaduna State, killing an unspecified number of people and injuring others.
A source told newsmen that the bandits invaded Kachia around 10:15 pm and operated for almost two hours before the security agencies intervened to save the situation.
The source said that the bandits did their operation around the Kachia market before the military intervened to bring the situation under control.

The source explained that the injured persons are presently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in Kachia.
