The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has directed married female prospective corps members (PCMs) who have been posted to states where their husbands do not reside to request redeployment.
The directive was announced in a statement released on Monday via the NYSC’s official account on X.com.
The statement advised all married female PCMs of the 2024 Batch “B” Stream II, who have been deployed to states where their husbands are not domiciled, to report to the nearest NYSC Orientation Camp to apply for a change in their state of deployment.
The NYSC specified that these PCMs should bring copies of their marital and other relevant documents as evidence to support their redeployment requests. Once the change is approved, it will reflect on their dashboard for reprinting.
