The custodian of masquerade which allegedly attacked Muslim worshipper of Moshood Salawudeen Mosque, Chief Kayode Esuleke has been remanded.
Esuleke alongside his son, Ifasola Esuleke and two others were on Tuesday remanded by Justice Ayo Oyebiyi of an Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State capital.
Recall that OSUN DEFENDER had reported that the custodian worshippers under the custodian of Esuleke on June 27th 2021
allegedly attacked Muslim worshippers at Kamarudeen mosques where one Muslim was killed, others injured and properties destroyed.
However, Chief Kayode Esuleke, Kola Adeosun, Akeem Idowu and Ifasola Esuleke all pleaded not guilty to the alleged offences slammed against them.
Justice Ayo Oyebiyi, who presided over the matter, ordered that they should be remanded in Ilesa Correctional Facility and adjourned the matter till September 21st, 2021 for consideration of bail.
