Meet The Young ADC Candidate Stopped By Police From Campaign In Ogun
Officers from the Ogun State Police Command on Thursday prevented the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) from campaigning for the ongoing bye-elections in Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency.
OSUN DEFENDER reports that the officers claimed that they were acting on the instruction of the state Governor, Mr Dapo Abiodun, a development the governor has denied.
The officers disrupted the event despite a formal notice from the ADC to the state Commissioner of Police which was received and acknowledged.
