“MediaTakeOut.com just received word from our ROCK SOLID SOURCE that Ciara is already six weeks pregnant a couple of months after giving birth to her daughter Sienna Princess.
“It’s been reported that Russell wants a total of five kids including his stepson Future Zahir.
“Ciara gave birth to her and Russell’s first child back in April (the couple repeatedly said they were gonna get started on their family immediately after marrying). Her son Future is her child with rapper Future.”
