After safety and security of lives,what should take the next priority is health care delivery.
Governor Gboyega Oyetola made the statement during the inspection of the General Hospital in Ejigbo under comprehensive upgrade.
The Governor who inspected the hospital in company with the immediate past minister of health,Professor Isaac Adewole, expressed satisfaction with the level and quality of the rehabilitation of the health center which also has Doctors’ Quarters.
Mr Oyetola reiterated that his commitment to sound health care delivery remains unshaken as wealth can only be created in a healthy atmosphere.
Thanking the Federal Government and the former health minister for making the project possible, Governor Oyetola encouraged people who are the beneficiaries of the upgraded hospital to take care of the facility which would be delivered in a month’s time.
It would be recalled that Governor Gboyega Oyetola had in March this year in Ejigbo flagged off rehabilitation of ten General Hospitals and nine comprehensive centres in the State.
The Ejigbo General Hospital is one of them.
