NAFEST 2022: Osun Culture Supervising Commissioner Charges Cultural Troupe On Best Performance

As the annual National Festival (NAFEST) kicks off today in Lagos State, the Supervising Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Osun, Engr. Olalekan Badmus has charged the Cultural Troupe that will be representing the State to perform credibly well and do the State proud at the competition.

The Supervising Commissioner gave the charge in Osogbo while fielding questions from newsmen to know the level of preparedness of Osun State Government for the annual event.

He said the State Government, under the leadership of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, has left no stone unturned by providing every necessary thing that will aid the Cultural Troupe to record success at the event.

He added that Osun State is renowned for Culture over the years years judging by past performances.

Engr. Badmus expressed confidence in the level of preparation, coupled with enthusiasm and commitment of the Troupe, saying “They will definitely come out victorious at the event.”

Meanwhile, the annual 2022 National Festival kicked off today, Monday, November 7 and ends on Sunday, November 13 at the National Stadium, Lagos.
