NANS Osun JCC Gets New Leadership

The Joint Campus Council of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS/JCC Osun Axis) elected its new leadership on Wednesday.

The convention was held at the NUJ Hall, Osogbo, the state capital.

Comrade Ayobami Abel, a. k. a. AY Aluta from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, was voted as the new NANS JCC Chairman.

The students’ body thanked Governor Ademola Adeleke for providing an enabling environment for the conduct of the election and his commitment to the development of education in the state.

They also pledged their continuous support for the Adeleke administration.

Other officers elected include:

1. Comrade Adegoke Oluwapelumi from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, as Vice Chairman

2. Comrade Adebola Jamiu from Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, General Secretary.

3. Comrade Alabi Ibrahim from Osun College of Education Ila, PRO.

4. Comrade Alemu Daniel from College of Health Technology, Ilesa, Assistant Secretary.5. Comrade Ominiyi Christopher from Osun State University, as Director of Sport.
