The National Association of Nigerian Traditional Medicine Practitioners (NANTMP), Osun State chapter has elected a new set of executives in order to reposition the association for the challenges ahead.
The election which came up on Saturday, October, 13, 2018 was held at The Grandeau Hotel, behind Ilesa Garage, Osogbo.
The poll, which was supervised by the NANTMP National Secretary, Alhaji Kamorudeen Adeagbo, was described as free and fair, as members were given a level playing ground to exercise their right.
Adeagbo praised members of the association for their supports before, during and after the election and also enjoined them to be united in order to move the association forward.
Speaking at the programme, the National Assistant Secretary, Dr Bello Olalekan expressed satisfaction towards the way the affairs of the association has been managed in the past five years.
The newly-elected Chairman, Chief Nasiru Olorunayo called on all members to work together with him towards moving the body to greater height and to get the support and cooperation of the members of the public.
